Program Information:

There are various opportunities to work with Brookstone students in grades pre-kindergarten through high school with the servant leadership program. Character education and service in the Columbus community are emphasized in grades PK – 5. Leadership development, mentoring, and service are emphasized for grades 6 – 12. This placement also allows CSU students to serve in the community with Brookstone students. Job Description:

Students will be expected to meet with the program director to work out a plan that is worthwhile and meaningful for the Brookstone students and the CSU students. CSU students will be expected to be well prepared and professional at all times. They will serve as role models for the Brookstone students.


Students will be expected to dress neatly and professionally when working with Brookstone students.


8:00 a.m. – 3:10 p.m. are regular Brookstone school hours for the students. There are also after school and Saturday opportunities. Specific hours for activities and grades will vary and will be coordinated for each CSU student.
