Program Information:

The Columbus Dream Center is a non-profit, faith-based, Christian organization. Since 2001, it has been serving and enhancing the at-risk and economically deprived communities in the city of Columbus.

Job Description:

Volunteers are needed for the following:

  • Adopt-A-Block community clean-up
  • After school tutoring (during the school year)
  • Bagging groceries
  • Dream Center food and clothing banks- distributing food and clothing
  • Sorting clothes

Requirements:

Volunteers are expected to be role models and positive examples for the children. The volunteers should display good morals and character.

Hours:

  • Adopt-A-Block: 3rd Saturday of each month, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
  • Bagging groceries: Friday night, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., before the 3rd Saturday
  • Dream Center Distribution: 3rd Saturday of each month, 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.
