Program Information:

The Hardaway High School Servant Leadership Program is an exciting new opportunity designed for students who desire to become and embody a servant leader. The course is built around Mr. Turner's 10 Characteristics of a Servant Leader and will include a variety of guest speakers and field trips.

The Servant Leadership program at Hardaway High School is designed to provide students with the basic knowledge of leadership, an overview of leadership theories, an explanation of the basic concept of servant leadership, and the skill sets needed for effective leadership.

Job Description:

CSU student volunteers will help plan/teach lessons, lead activities, introduce/plan for guest speakers, and attend field trips. CSU mentors will act as mentors to the high school students in the Hardaway program.

Requirements:

The CSU student mentor should dress appropriately for a school environment. Dress code will also depend upon on the activities planned for the day.

Hours:

The CSU student should communicate with the HHS Servant Leadership Program Director for a weekly schedule update.
